Vegetarian meals made by (and teenagers) a?

My mom is not supportive of my vegetarianism, so most of the time I will have to cook my own food. I need some recipes for simple meals with everyday ingredients. I can handle on my breakfast, but I'm desperate lunch and dinner recipes. Lunch would be something pre-made and packaged. I'ma lacto-ovo vegetarian, so there is no need to replace dairy or eggs. Hey, great choice to become a vegetarian. I am also a teenager and have been a vegan for almost four years. I am still the only throughout the entire family of 100 + meat lovers and one can imagine that had to be extremely focused, determined and self motivated to succeed. I remember my first days as a vegan questions online and never had any satisfactory answer, so I had to learn the hard way.
