Simple, delicious vegetarian recipes?
i’m home sick today, and i feel like cooking. i have pasta, bread, lots of different sauces, vegetables and cooking oils. so i need a vegetarian recipe! i’m wanting something tangy or sweet/salty.
please give me your recipes! i’m hungry~
by the way, i’m feeling pretty nauseasus today, so nothing too exciting or gross smelling.

Vegetarian Pasta
INGREDIENTS
1 (15.5 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups hot cooked angel hair pasta
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese
Minced fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS
Place beans in a microwave-safe dish; cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until heated through. Place pasta in a serving bowl. Add butter and garlic salt if desired; toss until butter is melted. Add beans and cheese; toss to coat. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
Al’s Quick Vegetarian Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 pound uncooked spaghetti
1 cup broccoli florets
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced carrots
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add spaghetti and return water to a boil. Cook until spaghetti is al dente; drain well.
Combine broccoli, corn, mushrooms, carrots and tomato sauce in large sauce pot. Cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally to keep sauce from sticking. Serve sauce over spaghetti
