I change my semi-vegetarian diet for >>>>>?
I feel more clear mind and great now! Volume normal lunch (beef pork, beef with rice), but only vegetables at dinner>>> salad vegetables, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, fruit ,…. nothing of any meat. But I see that my stools are too soft and sticky (brown or dark brown) is okay and normal? happens for 2 weeks.
I'm a vegetarian and what I've seen according to the definitions is that a vegetarian is simply a person with a diet that is predominantly plant and / or fruit.
