What is a quick easy vegetarian lunch?
I'm at work, so they have a lot of time – anyone have a super easy – super delicious vegetarian idea? thanks for any answers!
The sandwiches are pretty quick and easy. My favorite is the sandwich sourdough bread with hummus, sliced cucumber and avocado, black ground pepper and Cayenne. You can throw in some tomatoes, cabbages and onions too. Generally as muesli or granola for breakfast, but can be a quick lunch. I love muesli mixed with a little peanut butter and vanilla soymilk. You can do a simple bean burrito with black or pinto beans, salsa, guacamole, and what other fixings you like.
