Some meat substitutes, main course at dinner?

I'm trying to get my family to eat healthier, especially me. Although I am not a vegetarian, I prefer cutting meat from your diet a little more, now revolves around dinner, and I think it would be healthier to cut that to just 3 times a week or at least make it the center of attention. I can only make a salad with chicken and vegetarian lasagna many times: o) Can someone give me some idea or point me in the sense of quick and easy recipes that meat is not properly included, or in small quantities? FYI (and this is important) from my husband is 100% carnivore, and he still thinks my lasagna has meat. Snacks do not cut it, you are rummaging through the cabinets less than an hour after the dinner if I eat "light. Thank you!

How do you feel about Indian food? A Nice vegetable and chickpea curry with couscous is quite quick and very tasty and filling. Hmm. Perhaps make some vegetarian enchiladas with refried beans and whole wheat tortillas. Stir Fry with rice are also good ideas. You could try to include some tofu or tempeh (which resembles more meat) at the plate. In fact, pasta with chunks of tempeh is very, very good. Hope that helps to lol!
