quick and easy vegetarian recipes

Lasagna is one of my favorite foods ever! I am a vegetarian and have found a good way to do it. We hope you like the recipe too and try it soon!

Here are the ingredients:

1 pound fresh spinach
3 medium potatoes sweet
9 oz tofu
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon basil (chopped)
1 / 4 cup parsley (chopped)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz skim mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons germ wheat

Here's how to do it:

1. Lightly steam the spinach and drain and set aside. Slice and peel sweet potatoes bit too.

2. To make the filling of the lasagna, drain the tofu a little, but not to drain the water. Then, mix the tofu and ricotta together in a food processor until smooth. Once you've done this, add a container of oregano, basil, parsley and garlic and mix everything up well.

3. Place the lasagna together in a tray of 10 by 14 inches of music (or a similar size, if not this). Start with a thin layer of sauce on the bottom and then cover with a layer of potato slices. You must separate the following about half of the ricotta cheese mixture and soy cheese over the potatoes. Now is the best to sprinkle about half of the mozzarella on the composition current. The layer of spinach on the mozzarella evenly and continue to layer remaining ingredients in a similar manner. Make sure to end with a little sauce and the right to use wheat germ on top.

4. Bake for about 50 minutes at 180C and let cool for about 8 minutes before serving.

To change a little things, you can cut and add to spinach and tofu ricotta mixture. This gives the final product a different texture that some people prefer.

Hope to give this a go – if you are a lover of lasagna I guarantee you'll be impressed. You also can customize this mixture by adding things like chiles, if you like spicy food.

This style of recipe also works well with pasta cannelloni less popular. Again, the texture and the final product is different because pulp is less heavy. This may attract people who prefer more filling to the pasta on the plate.
