Why can I never believe someone who is overweight telling me they are a vegetarian?
I agree with woodstock.
I know vegetarians who drink pop, eat cookies, cake, chips etc..
Now strict vegetarians and vegans aare hardly ever overweight, unless they eat A LOT all day. I don’t see people gaining a lot of weight eating vegetables, fruits and nuts all day unless they are eating junk food.
