Recipes for authentic indian cooking?

Can anyone direct me to a good website for indian foods? There seem to be so many different kinds depending on the region. I would specifically like to learn about roasting spices to make my own dishes and vegetarian dishes from the North of India.

Here are some of the resources I use when I want to make Indian food. They are links from my bookmarks, and since I’m Indian myself and only bookmark the sites that I find to be authentic, you can be confident that the recipes on there are good.

You can find those links on her menu on the left. She has some Continental food links, but I couldn’t comment on those since I use this webpage only for the Indian recipes.

- http://cooks.ndtv.com/ Another good source with recipes from all over India.

- Of course Tarla Dalal’s recipes are also all good. Another member has already given you that link.
