Can anyone suggest some good recipes low in fat?
Can anyone suggest a good vegetarian recipes? under the fat!
I have not tried this one, but is one of the recipes available if you follow my ________spaghetti link pie________ 1 / 2 pound whole wheat spaghetti 2.4 egg whites or substitute equivalent egg 1 / 3 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese 2 large portobello mushrooms (sliced thick) 3 / 4 cup Green Giant Veggie Crumbles 2 T. protein balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic, water or broth 1 cup nonfat ricotta Fatfree of your garden style spaghetti sauce (I used about 2 / 3 of a jar of 27.5 ounces) Fatfree Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) Skip mushrooms, protein crumbles and garlic in balsamic vinegar, add liquid to prevent drying until mushrooms are cooked, then let the liquid evaporate. Cook spaghetti as package directs, drain and combine with egg whites and Parmesan cheese. Pack mixture into a spaghetti raise large pie pan and pat the sides of the bottom. Spread cheese over spaghetti crust, then cover the cheese with mushroom mixture. Pour sauce over enough dough to cover pie filling. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for twenty minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, as much as you want. Bake for five minutes more until cheese is melted. Let cake sit for a few minutes before slicing. NOTES …. make sure to cook the mushrooms through all the way or will be released the liquid and make the water pie. Noodles around the edges get nice and crisp and brown …. baked whole wheat spaghetti would make a good substitute for chowmein noodles …. were delicious. The amounts of the cottage cheese, sauce, mozzarella cheese crumbles and are approximate do not tend to measure ingredients. You can replace the fungus / crumble mixture with just about any mix of sauteed vegies, seitan, tempeh, tofu, etc, or let the outside layer, or mix it with the sauce. It is possible you want to add salt and pepper, herbs or spices to taste. So check yourself with some other link below, as it depends on your taste really
