low carb vegetarian meals
Is this diet of mine dangerous ?

I weighed about 195 pounds a month ago,height is 174 cms.. i think i’ve lost around 15 pounds since by following a High-carb diet since i’m vegetarian

But I eat less than 700 calories a day,sometimes only 500 calories in only one meal.That may be a pasta or rice or someother low fat high carb food source. I walk/jog for 2 hours every morning. I also do other light physical activity amounting to another few hours. I don’t feel tired or weak. I’ve noticed my belly has reduced from 102 cms to 91 cms also.But everywhere i read its said less than 1200 calories is dangerous and everything is stored as fat but noting that i also walk/jog for a few hours,is it stil bad ?

Any recomendations or suggestions ?

Congratulations on losing the 15 lbs. That’s a healthy start on getting control of your weight. It’s great also that you’re vegetarian, but I’m a bit concerned about your high carb diet. You really need to balance out your food groups better with more vegetables. I also don’t think that reducing your calories so low. Your body is going to respond by lowering your metabolism which will actually cause you to gain weight since it won’t burn the calories as well.
