If I started a diet lacto-ovo vegetarian for 50 days without exercise, how much weight can I lose?

If you make it easier for dairy products that you could lose 10 to 15 pounds. Milk is just as fattening as most of the meat. Replace meat with beans, peas, whole grains and eggs in moderation. Nuts and seeds are rich in protein but also fatting, so you can have a few, but not over do it.
