Easy spinach recipes?

k so iv gone vegetarian, and I am concerned that I used to get enough protein, and iv heard is spinach a high amount of protein. im only a teenager, so I'm not very big in the preparation of dishes with a lot of class. but I really need this protein, and im wondering if theres any easy spinach out there that is super easy and quick to do, flaws that require a lot of things. for himself if you have any quick recipes, tell me. your help is greatly appreciated.
