
Vegetarian Weight Loss?
Ok to in January, after all the festive season is over and the drinking has stopped. I'm looking for to lose about 3 stone or so. I still hear high-protein low-carbohydrate diets are the best way to lose weight, but I am vegetarian for so any ideas on sources of protein? Thank you.
