Quick, easy recipes, vegetarian cheap for small meet?
My friends and I have a Christmas party, nothing big just some of those we leave together. I want to do some kind of food to take. I am a good cook and I'm vegetarian), but must be cheap and easy, you do not have much time to do it.
Asparagus and beans with hazelnut cranberry dressing: serves8 3bunches asparagus, trimmed 500g, green beans, blanched and 2TBLspn Refreshed olive oil 120g roasted hazelnuts, chopped 1/3cup craisins (dried cranberries that are slightly sweetened) 3cloves garlic, thinly sliced 1/4cup 2TBLspns parsly red wine vinegar, chopped fresh flat-leaf STEP 1: Cook & cool asparagus and beans (seperatly) Place in large bowl. Step 2: Heat the oil in a meadium pan over nuts heat.Add, blueberries and garlic.Cook1-2mins until the nuts are heated through.Remove of heat.Stir in vinegar and parsly. Place asparagus and beans in platter.Spoon dressing over top and serve. ROSEMARY

(Indian spice type = skins tasty) MINI VEGI spring rolls with lemon CHILLI SAUCE: buy spring roll or use all your favorite fry.Place ingredients.Deep in platter.Pour sweet chili sauce a small bowl and add a good squeeze of lime juice.Mix.Serve herbs ricotta OVEN: For antipasto CORN CHILLI fritters with tomato sauce SWEET MIXED VEGETABLE FRITTATA OF MOROCCAN tomato and wild rice CHICKPEA SALAD
