What to do with frozen vegetables?
Kroger has frozen vegetables on sale for 88 cents per bag. Since my budget is so strong these days that they obtained them. I have bags of mixed vegetables, soup starters, onion, pepper copped, and all the vegetables you can imagine. The problem is that I am a good cook or creative and now I am no idea what to do with all of them. We are vegetarians, but not big vegetable lovers. I have to get to soups, stews or anything else that would be easy, cheap, vegetarian use of these vegetables. Any recipes or ideas?
