What are the basic bodybuilding supplements?
I am a vegan and vegetarian im taking protein that has all the amino acids. im also taking glutamine (Japanese Micronized – is it a good one?) and octane mixture having: – — L-Arginine, responsible for nitric oxide production — — Di-Creatine AKG Creatine — L-tyrosine + some other things. anything else you recommend? I do not want to take too many chemicals, but may be theres something essential, addition to the foregoing. im trying to build muscles esp calves, therefore, im tall and slim long muscles that are always more difficult solve.
Nothing better than building muscle protein and sleep. As long as you know how to address the areas you want to develop – that will be worth more than the investigation of various unknown chemicals. Especially since the calves are difficult to isolate, you want to mix the routines often to usually not an exercise. Good luck
