Lose weight by drinking water and normal diet?
I eat a balanced diet and a vegetarian, but I was wondering how much weight you actually lose if i drank 8 glasses of water a day? I weigh 100 pounds and 5 feet 2. thanks x

There is no magic way to lose weight, but water will help you lose weight, if not, at least, circulation, etc, which is vital for weight loss. Many people respond by saying about Acai.
