Are there animal products in Asia brown and white sauces?
I went to a Chinese restaurant last night for the first time since becoming a vegetarian. I worried that it might be chicken or beef in the sauce. I asked about this and said that there was not. They said their food was steamed steamed chicken broth, but they could use the water. However, in search of recipes for these sauces, all I found were recipes with beef broth and oyster sauce. Does anyone Whether Chinese restaurants are safe for vegetarians? I do not know what to do!
You can not trust restaurants to tell the truth. I can taste the products animals in the food if it is there. The only way to be sure is to cook your own food. If you go to a restaurant just try to stay away from the plates of the animals and if a little naked, not kill you.
